Q: HOW LARGE WILL THE MONOGRAMMED BE ON MY ITEM?

A: The monogramming is always proportional to the item unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the Personalization page for standard monogram sizing.

Q: WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

A: Monogrammed items CANNOT be returned! If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your item.

Q: WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ITEM HAS SHIPPED?

A: Once your item ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a USPS tracking number!

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

A: All online orders take 1-2 weeks to process/ship. Facebook offers take 3-4 weeks to process/ship.

Q: CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP IN-STORE?

A: Yes! During checkout, please select the in-store pickup option in the shipping options drop box.

Q: WILL ORDERS BE READY SOONER IF I PICK UP IN-STORE?

A: All online order take 1-2 weeks. A staff member will call you when your order is ready to pick up!

Q: WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

A: Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the item!
